1.叶轮间隙过大的问题;

在罗茨风机上，叶轮和叶轮之间的间隙有一定的标准，如果在罗茨风机上使用时，叶轮和叶轮之间的间隙变大，将影响风机的正常运行。对一些小的罗茨风机，比如三叶罗茨风机，我们有一定的专业知识，可以自己修理。但是对于一些大型的罗茨风机，比如二叶风机，由于其叶轮尺寸较大，需要专门的机械设备来处理，所以如果风机叶轮间隙有问题，就需要回厂进行大修。

轴瓦是联接叶轮和电机的重要组成部分，有的厂家生产的叶轮质量不合格，或出厂时未进行检测，轴瓦存在较严重的平衡误差，因此，罗茨风机在长时间运行下，很容易发生轴瓦变形，严重的情况会导致罗茨风机轴断及电机烧毁。

Bearing shells have serious balance error. Therefore, it is easy to deform bearing bush under long-term operation of Roots fan. Serious conditions will cause shaft break and motor burn of Roots fan.

如果这样的话，我们就需要将机器设备返回工厂，进行调整，并在安装前做相关的测试。

3.风机马达故障。

3. Fan motor failure.

若电动机有问题，需将其拆装，退回原厂检修，电动机在不合理的工作环境中容易造成损坏，而且，电动机的损坏一般难以恢复，不返回原厂修理，就难以保证电动机的使用寿命。

If there is a problem with the motor, it needs to be disassembled and returned to the original factory for maintenance. The motor is easy to be damaged in the unreasonable working environment, and the damage of the motor is generally difficult to recover. If it is not returned to the original factory for repair, it is difficult to guarantee the service life of the motor.
