1、皮带过紧:会造成经常性的损坏皮带和后端轴承过热，造成轴承损坏也是振动的主要原因。如果转子振动也会产生共振现象发生。

2、皮带过松:摩擦力会减小，皮带打滑，产生丢转现象，没有传送足够的功率，风机没有达到应有的效果。正确的安装方法应该是用手指按压其中一根皮带的中间部位，按压深度是一个皮带的厚度至两个皮带厚度之间为宜。

3、三角皮带应选用同一规格(批次)产品，同一规格如遇有长短不一现象时，应选取同等长度的使用，严禁装配上有其中一根或几根皮带过松，使其他皮带受力过载，皮带磨损快，禁止新旧混用。
