2、将柴油放出，用撬棍从入口位置轻轻来回撬动叶轮，直到叶轮松动，慢慢转动叶轮，直到叶轮能在设备腔体内平滑转动一圈。

2. Discharge the diesel oil, gently pry the impeller back and forth from the inlet position with a crowbar until the impeller is loose, and slowly rotate the impeller until the impeller can rotate smoothly in the equipment cavity for one circle.

3、将回转风机内残余柴油清理干净，将三角带安装好，用手盘车，保障设备能平稳转动一圈。

3. Clean up the residual diesel oil in the rotary fan, install the V-belt, and turn the machine by hand to ensure that the equipment can rotate smoothly for one circle.

4、将电源连接电机，进行开机试机，并实时关注设备声音是否有异响，如有异响及时关机，检查设备内是否有异物，直到异响消掉方可正常运行。

4. Connect the power supply to the motor, start and test the machine, and pay attention to whether there is abnormal sound of the equipment in real time. If there is abnormal sound, shut down the machine in time, and check whether there is foreign matter in the equipment until the abnormal sound is eliminated.

回转风机在长时间停机之后，应该每隔一周启动1次，运行5分钟左右，还要做好防雨工作，需要时可以将叶轮涂刷防锈油，这样才能给我们的下次使用带来便利，从而上升工作效率。

After a long time of shutdown, the rotary fan should be started every other week, run for about 5 minutes, and do a good job in rain proof work. When necessary, the impeller can be coated with antirust oil, so as to bring convenience to our next use and improve work efficiency.
