气力输送卸料器的选型方法

1、供料能力:即每小时供料量t/h,换算到旋转供料器m3/h

1. Feeding capacity: i.e. feeding capacity per hour T / h, converted to rotating feeder m3 / h

2、压差:保证旋转阀供料性能时,上下法兰之间的工作压力差kPA

2. Differential pressure: when ensuring the feeding performance of rotary valve, the working pressure difference between upper and lower flanges is kPa

3、温度:旋转供料器介质物料的温度,温度不同决定旋转阀的间隙设定不同;高于环境较大时考虑保温伴热等措施,另外轴承、密封等达到其使用的极限温度时需考虑解决办法。
