气力输送设备中出现的粘管现象?

在气力输送过程中,物料在输料管的粘附与物料特性、气流速度及壁面光滑情况有关,由于物料对管道内壁起粘附作用,时间长了便会逐渐积累,使管道流通面积变小,严重的还会造成输料管堵塞。物料在管内产生粘附的原因各不相同,大致可分成以下六类:

2、含油分的植物种子或其他含油物料,在输送过程中,受热、受压后分泌物对管道产生粘结。

5、带电性物料粘壁。物料粘壁附着力的大小,与颗粒带电量及颗粒、壁面、输送空气的导电率有关。如颗粒与管壁一方为导体,另一方为绝缘体时,附着力非常大,不易清除。如合成树脂粉末、谷粉等。
